Ertapenem is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infection.
Ertapenem is a requirement for casualty conversion and Evacuation, and has no other effects.
Ertapenem can be administered intravenously or intramuscularly with a rapid onset, moderate peak and long duration, depending on route.
The casualty conversion must be done while under the effects of the medication.

Medications require a Syringe to be able to be drawn and administered.
IV access is achieved with IV Catheters or IO devices.
